categorize defects during Inspection

- Critical: A product has a critical defect when the defect is dangerous for the user or reject by import custom and against the law of import country.
Example: Patahan jarum yg tertinggal di stitching, ketemu nedle hole, biasanya diproduct toys, children wear banyak terdapat warning label, Warning label missing can also be considered as a critical defect because the product will be considered as against the law of import country.

- Major: A product has a major defect when it is not dangerous, but cannot be sold because of this defect.
Example: Product broken is a major defect because it is not dangerous for the user but the product can not be sold. Important scratches can also be considered as a major defect karena barang ini tidak bisa dijual.

- Minor: A product has a minor defect when it is not dangerous and can be sold, but has lost some of its initial value.
Example: Poor trimming is a minor defect karena tidak berbahaya, masih bisa kejual but it has lost some of its initial value. kadang masih bisa dijual tapi dengan harga yg lebih rendah atau discount.
